Sebastian Greenway  Principal Lawyer, Compulsory Acquisitions Team Leader

Sebastian Greenway joins us as a Principal Lawyer and Compulsory Acquisitions Team Leader. Sebastian is an industry recognised leader in the compulsory acquisition space for claimants. He has extensive experience in handling complex compensation claims throughout Victoria for 15 years and has (and continues to) successfully represent clients navigating the complex legal landscape which is the compulsory land acquisition and compensation arena.

Sebastian complements and builds upon the Best Hooper team’s deep understanding and knowledge of compulsory land acquisition and compensation law and as the team leader, will ensure our clients continue to receive exceptional guidance and representation throughout the compulsory acquisition process.

Maliq Maideen  Principal Lawyer

Maliq Maideen joins our leading Property Law and Transactions Team, bringing with him almost two decades of experience across all aspects of commercial property transactions. Maliq has a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients through wide ranging real estate matters and has advised a variety of clients, from start-up businesses to national institutions. He specialises in complex property transactions, retail and industrial leasing, property joint venture and development agreements, due diligence and contract negotiations. Maliq is personable and versatile and dedicated to offering clients strategic and commercially focussed advice and support at every stage of the property ownership lifecycle.
