Andrew is a planning lawyer and former commercial architect. Admitted to practice law in 2017, Andrew holds a Juris Doctor (hons) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Architecture (hons) from Deakin University.
Andrew’s practice includes providing strategic and practical advice in various planning matters and appearances before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Planning Panels Victoria. In 2024 and again in 2025 Andrew was recognised as ‘One to Watch’ by Australia’s Best Lawyers Award.
Andrew is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association.
