Daniel has served as Group Counsel and Development Director for leading family offices in Australia, playing an instrumental role in their success. Daniel provides legal, commercial and strategy advice to developers, contractors and high net worth family offices.
With significant major development experience in both Victoria and Queensland in his own right, Daniel is uniquely placed to provide commercial advice and transaction management due to his in-depth understanding of feasibility, delivery and risk management. Daniel has negotiated over $2bn of construction contracts and property finance nationwide and overseen delivery of major mixed use, residential, office and hotel projects.
Beyond property, Daniel’s experience extends to family office property finance, investment guidance and succession planning.
Daniel understands what drives value and has the acumen to navigate complex legal and commercial issues with multiple stakeholders.
