He has acted for a vast range of clients from start-up businesses to national institutions in all aspects of property transactions. Maliq has also acted for retirement village operators in the sale and purchase of retirement village and aged care facilities in Victoria and provided advice regarding regulatory compliance with retirement village and aged care legislation.
