Lawyer
Rachael is a Lawyer in our Disputes and Litigation Team and joined the firm in December 2024.
Since her admission, Rachael has developed a keen interest in litigation with a property and building focus and has obtained experience across the various Victorian Courts and Tribunals. Rachael is eager to assist clients with a range of property related disputes, including:
- Property litigation and building disputes across all Victorian Courts and Tribunals (including but not limited to matters pertaining to the use and installation of non-compliant cladding systems)
- VBA disciplinary proceedings
- Fencing and boundary disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Owners’ corporation matters
Rachael grew up in North-East Victoria, and also brings legal experience in regional matters, including but not limited to transactional work relating to farmland.
