Associate

Sengul is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Best Hooper.

She handles a wide range of matters which include:

• Building disputes
• Protection work
• Security of Payment claims
• Fencing and boundary disputes
• Report and Consent matters
• Complex subdivision and boundary re-alignments (including not in common ownership plans of subdivision)
• Adverse possession claims
• Compliance related matters issued by local Councils under the relevant Local Law, Building Act 1993 and Planning and Environment Act 1987

Sengul is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
